![]() F1 2000. On the start of a short race at Monza, I got into a little contact with Michael Schumacher heading down into the first chicane. Schumacher spun and I lost my front wing. I lost control of my McLaren and hit the rumble strips at high speed. My car flew through the air and landed on two wheels before sliding hard into the tire wall. f12k_2.jpg
OF1R Demo AGAIN. :) At least this one isn't on purpose! One of the Saubers checked up a little on the start heading into turn one. I accidently tapped his gearbox which got him loose. The Sauber ran up over the rear wheel of the car ahead of him and flew into the air.
OF1R Demo. The Jordan flies again! Damn Coulthard shouldn't have been in my way! <g>
ICR2. Here's an old-school wreck! I took this screenshot on my old Pentium 75 Packard Bell I had until December 1998! Oh well, it's still a good wreck. I got into a little contact at Talladega on ICR2 and slid into the wall in the turn. My car came down the banks and was collected by one of Dan Gurney's cars and another car that were still traveling at full speed. A fair amount of damage to my car!
OF1R demo. More senseless OF1R demo carnage for you to enjoy! Here's another case of me flying my Jordan in that same turn at Suzuka in the rain. This one was just on purpose though as I was bored one night. :) of1r_2.jpg
ICR2. This crash is another fan-submitted wreck. Keep these wrecks coming! I love it! Anyway, Barry Bell submitted this screenshot of an ICR2 crash at Las Vegas. Scott Goodyear crashed heavily, resulting in Robby McGehee having to take evasive action. ..
OF1R Demo. Another Official F1 Racing demo crash... The game sucks, yeah, but it's fun to try to run at 185 mph against slow retarded AI when you can't see a damn thing in the rain! After an early off-road experience through the gravel trap, I thought I was in a rally race because my car was jumping so much. By the time the car was finally on the asphalt again, I was well behind the field. Oh well, no matter. It shouldn't be too hard to catch up to the pathetic AI that remind me of Microsoft's AI in CART Precision Racing. I approached the turn before the Chicane at Suzuka and lo and behold, there's some backmarkers to pass! Oh goodie! I sucked up behind the Arrows in front of me quickly in the draft and hit 190mph. As I can't see a damn thing in this awful rain (yes, it was done awfully, just like everything else in this game), I end up giving the Arrows in front of me a little tap at full speed. Bad idea. I guess I was used to running at Talladega in the draft! Our car lock wheels for a second, before mine was violently pitched into the air. "Great, more suspension damage..." I thought. Then I realized I was flying through the gravel trap straight toward the tire wall at over 150 mph. After a pathetic slide across the very fake looking tire wall, I punched the pedal to the floor and tried to get out of the gravel. What the hell? My tires got stuck! So, I gave up and took this screenshot. Enjoy! of1r_1.jpg
ICR2. In this ICR2 crash, the AI cars caused a pileup at Charlotte down the frontstretch. It's not that spectacular at first glance, true, but is it just me or does it look like Al Unser Jr. is driving up over the back of that other car?
ICR2. In this ICR2 crash, I was testing one of my tracks I made for fun when the Banking Editor program came out. I banked N1 Talladega as much as I could, so it had around 85 or more degrees of bank. This, of course, made it a challenge to drive due to ICR2's limited physics engine. I gave the car too much throttle in the turn and lost control at 250 mph, which sent my car rocketing down the banks into the inside wall.
CPR. In this crash, I spun my car out in the Esses at Riverside on CART Precision Racing. The car backed into the armco and tore off the left rear Firestone. The car then got airborne off the edge of a hill. Ouch! I hope I don't hit that man with the briefcase standing there on the hill. ;)
